The weekend was busy, all of us in different directions, none of it about the boys. We made it a mission to take them on the train this afternoon to make up for it.
Kai was thrilled to be back at the train. Even better with candy. Eric bought them old fashioned candy sticks. Didn't capture that joy in the selfie of course.
Luk was melting in the heat so we played in the forest and then took our picnic to the ocean so he'd be cooler. Going to be a difficult summer if he can't take any heat.

They were pretty excited about a mountain of wish blossoms. They were being flower crushers.
Kai wasn't leaving the table as long as that picnic cooler was in sight. He's going to love how often we eat outside.
