She fell in the garden. Smashed her wrist. The ambulance and emergency room service were fabulous. We were home late Friday with her in a temporary splint. Back the next day at 9 for her to have surgery. She got bumped for a c-section so we waited a few hours. She finally got called in at noon. I went and met Eric and the Littles at the farm market for a hot dog and ice cream. Kai didn't care for cold food before but he's all about ice cream now! Then I was back to the hospital. Finally got Mom home late afternoon. Dad is away so Mom has been with us for the weekend. Kids are thrilled.
