We did better today. Finally figuring out how to make the new system work for us. During the busiest days of the year we managed to get our list done in two days. The only thing we didn't do was ride the train (not really accessible). We also didn't do the paddle ship or sailing ship. We've done them before, they take a lot of time and seating is extremely hard to get. Oh...also skipped Tom Sawyers Island, we just couldn't fathom Kai there. Lunch was good. Kai asked all day to see Mickey. We went near the end of our day and waited an hour in line. Then when we got in there Kai went berserk. Freaking out about a nickle in his pocket that he'd found in the morning. ?In those few seconds you get with Mickey he was screaming and none of us could understand him. So, not our best visit with Mickey and not the hoped for Christmas Day family photo. Also, the indicator we'd reached Kai's limit and it was time to go. Weather held...cold but clear. Tomorrow is California Adventure Park. It didn't feel like Christmas but was a fun day. I posted pictures from yesterday on yesterday's post.
Chip and Fale took Kai to see the firetruck. I think they wanted him to get up on the seat but they had the wrong kid for that. He doesn't read gestures and would have needed help up.
