Cheerios Code Red

Kai dumped a giant full box of his beloved multi grain Cheerios on the floor this morning.  He eats them every single day.  If he doesn't get them he cries.  And now we're out.  Grocery order in for pick up tomorrow and closed off to changes last night.  In the whole only out for necessities scheme of things it's hard to say cereal is necessary.  But it kind of is here.  Oy.  It was a LOT of cereal.  Eric was doing dishes so didn't see much other than the aftermath.  We heard the spill which was epic and he turned and said "What are you doing?".  At which point he could see that the box was upside down on his hands.  Then Kai chucked the box and ran downstairs.  Not sure if he thought he was in trouble or if he was upset about his Cheerios.  Poor little guy.  Eric vacuumed it all up before any of us could see it.  He reports that it went in all directions covering the whole kitchen.  And you know as a blogger my thoughts were - but dear gawd man why didn't you take a picture?!
