Grade 8!! We met with her teacher today and made up her iep plan for the year. He is new to the Grove and homeschool in general. We all liked him. He has 26 grade 8 and 9's. 13 in a class so far. We don't know which days she will be at the school yet. 2 hours twice a week. She brought home her first paper packet of work to do. Interesting choice of paper packets, on line, or text books available.
Then we picked up a tap ferry voucher for Luk's spinal cord injury clinic. A brake accuater for the moho and an electric guitar for Jia. Phew. A bit of lunch then Eric dropped Jia and I at home and he has gone back down to get a few groceries for camping tomorrow. Then he'll pick up the boys.
Busy days. Everyone is healthy and happy. Things will settle down once we establish a routine.
News of our Queen passing has kept me a bit weepy today.
