Chihuahua spa day.

Coco let me clip her! Eric held her so I could get the bottom of her feet and cut toe nails.

Sasha was horrified at the method of cutting and needed lots of support.  Haha.  Eric was baking banana bread with Jia so we got lots of cuddles while we waited for his help.

They're all spiffy for Jessica. We didn't get pictures of Finn.  He HATES getting his toe nails cut. We are a precision team getting it done lightening fast.  I worry that getting hin too excited will cause a seizure.  The bath was a lot better than usual. We both are all hands on getting it done asap. He actually calmed down for the bath but we didn't relax.  Haha.  Still zoomed through it.

Then all 3 of them zoomied around the house.

Miss Lacie used to love baths she always asked to join me.  I always let her in.  She was so good.  She just stood on the bath mat and waited for me to dry her. I still really, really, really miss her.  

Then Jia cut my hair. She was shocked I was letting her. 

I think she did a decent job.

I came upon an unlikely pairing.  Esmei doesn't trust him.  He can be a real jerk.  

They actually settled in and slept a few hours together. She's so tiny next to him.  Oliver is all muscle and Esmei is all fur.

I spent some time getting started with xmas cards. Got the ones to five different orphanages done. A deep dive into memories. I do this every year. Eric thinks staff won't remember them but I send them to go in their files in case family looks for them.   

We didn't leave the house all weekend. The preteens have zero desire to go anywhere, do anything or see people. I really wanted to go swimming but they were all a firm no on that one.  It seemed like a lot of work for me to go on my own plus it sounded lonely. Eric and I finished up the last season of Dexter.  We need a new long running series to delve into.

Both Lili and Fei are sick again.  It's hard to hear when we can't take care of them.  Lili was supposed to come home for the weekend so we missed having her here. 

Our cruise is in 19 days!!  I spent half the night on line.  I have our port days figured out and made a reservation for the Dr Suess breakfast. I got the menu for Christmas dinner and forwarded it to the girls.
