Family

Jia isn't sure what is in store for her.  She hasn't been on a plane since she was two.  No memory left of China and she has never gone anywhere without her sisters.  She is asking a lot of questions lately.  One of them was "are we going to Luk's house to get him?"  We told her he lives in an orphanage because he has no family.  Then tried to link his plight to her story.  She argued and argued and we tried explaining over and over again.  Then she said "no, I'm trying to tell you Luk does too have a family".  Eric and I looked at each other, both wondering how to explain so she could understand and then she said loud and emphatically "WE'RE LUK'S FAMILY!"  Can't argue that one.
