It's possible that this morning I may have vented to someone from medical services when they called and asked me to resend the change form for a fourth time. Ug. Beyond crazy. When I faxed it this morning I had to write an apology. Not her fault or issue, not my right to rant at strangers because I'm frustrated. Poor lady, stepping in at the end, doesn't know the whole story, sounded shocked that I knew where the file was (on Jessa's desk) and she was so calm and didn't react to my venting.
If everything happens for reason...what on earth could the reason for this delay be?!
Not holding out hope for a number any time soon. It will just be a total surprise when it finally happens.
