Always a fun adventure.
It's a chore to get us all bathed and ready at the same time. Making sure the long hair has time to dry. Snacks right before we leave so no one is grumpy. Dressing last minute so we're not covered in Esmei fur. Early enough for photo grey glasses to dim down. Then the actual fun of getting the littles to stand still, look forward and smile. Phew.
Once again at Walmart. Their photo cards are on sale 40 for $20. No sitting fee.
So, I've been shopping online for a few weeks looking for a matching red sweater with a reindeer on it for Kai. No luck. Last week there was a flyer of sweaters from Walmart and I've been back and asked and called. No luck. So I ask Jia if she would be willing to wear antlers with a red dress instead of matching. She's a good sport. So that's what we did. Picture is great, love the card. Order is done and paid for. We head into the store and there they are! The novelty sweaters!! Oy. I bought one for Kai in case we end up going caroling or something. Perhaps they'll all still fit for next year too. Too funny.
