Brutal waiting for Luk. I'm NOT keen on the kids going under. Twice for Lili and once for Luk. Too scary.
Luk was so scared. The anesthesiologist changed the plan from iv sleepy meds to gas because Luk was so upset about the idea of a needle. They told him a big story about needing a mask because they were going into space and he needed to practice blowing the yucky smelling gas fumes out of his mask. So he told them he didn't like that game and wanted to go home to Duncan and eat won tons.
Oh, and because he was crying he pooped. One of the staff was horrified. I changed him quickly and left another diaper because he was still crying and I'm guessing he would go more with meds in him. You'd think they'd be better prepared for that at a children's hospital.
I didn't cry. Just sitting in a waiting room watching cartoons feeling very anxious.
I sent Eric an update and Lili took over the conversation, her and Fei saw a shop lifter. Store alarm went and they had to give a description of the man. They're pretty hyped.
