We had a fabulous adventure in Avalon! We slept in until 8. I was just getting up when Eric was coming in to help. We got to Avalon around 10:30. We ended up renting two golf carts and cruising around the island. What a riot. Great way to see it all! The views were amazing. All of the kids loved the ride. Sweltering hot but we had a breeze in the carts and roofs which allowed some shade. After we turned them in we walked a bit into town. It was too hot to enjoy our time so we stopped for frozen lemonade and then came back to the ship.
Littles are all wiped. None of them wanted to go for lunch. Jia is wilty and complaining of stomach pain. I sure hope she doesn't have what Eric and I had!! Eric brought us sandwiches, fruit, cookies and water. Nice picnic in the room and Eric gets a peaceful lunch with the big girls.
