We're here. Tiny spot. He's become a parking pro. We have no visible neighbors and we can keep all the blinds open. We woke up in the forest! Perfect.
We put Isabel's blankie out and Finn moved right in.
When you don't like sharing your bed with the littles so you pee on it in the morning and then you have no bed. Haha. She just moved in with Kai.
I told the kids we were going into Port Alberni to pretend we live here. This included grocery shopping in Walmart. They weren't enticed. Lili was our only taker. We had a great morning. Did the Harbor Quay. Farmers Market. Did a few house drive bys, neighborhood scouting. Had lunch and shopped Walmart. Which was small but had everything we needed.
Found this place with a line up wrapped around the building.
These really were good donuts.
We are NOT moving. There is no plan but when there is a plan I do think this is a really good option for us. Retirement is almost within reach.
