I like to pretend we live in Port Alberni when we're there. We had to get patch supplies for mine and Luk's kayak. So we hung out at Walmart for a bit.
Fei got a second job. At the Oak Taphouse. She starts this Thursday. She only has two months to replenish her funds.

We went to see the Minion movie. The projector died before it started. We were reimbursed our ticket and snack money plus given five passes. We were sad to leave but free snacks are good too. Haha. Thankfully the kids are old enough for this to not be a big deal. The theater is lovely there.

Jia is our first child to declare she prefers home to camping. Sigh. At 12. She was begging to go home. Every hour on the hour. She enjoyed moments. Especially time in Port Alberni because she had cell and data service. Sprout was very sketchy service. Eric and I took a break from our phones. Going forward if I want Jia with us we'll need to book spots with cell service.
