We were in bed last night by 7. So up early today was easy peasy. The drive was 26 minutes and the hwy was empty. Love.
Universal's version of rope drop. Just no rope ;) 1st time for us.
The kids asked what I most wanted. I said to meet Blue.
Eric, Luk and Jia went on the Mummy. I saw Blue come out so Kai and I ditched our waiting spot and got in the line. So exciting and very scary. She is so real.
So cool.
Eric packed ponchos for Jurassic.
So the staff of course put us in the front row.
It didn't go in my favor.
Finally seeing the new land.
Luk trying to get Kai to duck down. Bahaha.
It didn't disappoint.
Truly immersive.
The details are amazing.
Lard Lad donut because it's the tradition.
Marty McFly
Bruce.
So fun.
Home.
Recreating a favorite old photo of our guys.
Hugs.
The tram, always different and always entertaining but the classic moments are the best part.
I still love the flash flood.
Nda for the staff but something very big and very exciting being filmed here right now. ?
I didn't care much for the new ride/game but I can appreciate that fans are going berserk. The fellow beside me was on his 5th ride today. He was exceptionally excited about it.
Rare sighting...these two playing together.
Rope drop again.
Believe me, I wanted to get the matching shirt with Jia but it was frowned upon by the child. Haha. At least we were in theme together.
It was a great day. We were done by 3 but stayed a half hour to go back and try butterbear icecream at Hogs Mead.
I did over do the day. I melted into the seat when we got to the Jeep. I'll be asleep any minute.
All settled in at the hotel. I had a long hot soak and we ubered in tacos.
Cruise tomorrow!
