We were in Walmart last week and Eric saw a fellow he knows from a local bike shop. He saw Luk in his new chair and asked what happened. Eric explained nothing, status quo, fatigue. He offered an electric wheelchair. Barely used. He just asked that we send a thank you card to the lady who bought it for her late husband. Done. Of course it's brutal to get in and out of the van. He doesn't 'need' one yet. Likely not until he's in high school. We need to find a place in the house for it. It's too nice to sit in a cold/damp garage. Funnily enough, he can't steer his little car, and he can't maneuver his bike without running into things. The wheelchair with a weird left toggle, apparently no problem. Haha.
