For All My Complaints

I complain all the time about disability issues in the theme parks.  Today I registered online for a video chat with a cast member.  It took an hour on hold on my cell phone but I was able to work at my desk. Luk sat with me, we needed to prove there was a child. The cast member was lovely!  She answered my questions and explained in terms I could understand how the new das pass works.  We are pre-registered for the online pass.  !!  We put it all in Luk's name.  That saves a massive hassle in the parks.  It looks to me like a pretty good improvement to the way the disability access pass works.  Yay for us!
