Fei and I got her passport application done on the weekend. The strike ended last night. We took it in today. There were only two people ahead of us and everyone was super pleasant :) We were told it should be ready by early June. So it's looking good for her to use my ticket to see Taylor Swift with Lili and Jia. Fingers crossed.
Then Fei left for Nanaimo. Her last tuition payment was due today. Left to the last minute. Good thing she didn't work/learn today. She is almost done this practicum and moving into perceptorship. One on one with a nurse. She doesn't know which area of the hospital she'll be placed. She's hoping for surgical.
Eric took the boys to school then headed to town for a fan spring. He got the fantastic fan working on Cheese. It's been bugging him that it wasn't working. It's so high up in the peak that I'm certain I'll never use it.
Our Radium road trip is in a couple weeks. Jia is staying home with Lili and Fei. Gramma is going to take her to her dance competition. It feels bizarre to not take her. She was begging not to have to go. She's thinking that tiny space with stinky boys is pure torture. Which it kind of is. Haha. I also realize now that this very issue is likely why Eric wanted the fan fixed!
Then some moho battery maintenance. He got up and said what can I fix now?
My day was filled with all the weird paperwork still. A phone call Dr. appt for Luk and more referrals.
