Our first day went great. There are flaws to moho travel (parking, sudden turns, driving in general) but for all other reasons it's pretty great. We pulled over at one point and had a great view of the Abbotsford air show.
We went to visit Mary and Charles first. Jia and May took off. Two peas in a pod. We barely saw them. Lili and Fei hung out with Jade. The boys played with cars near us. Mary fed us a lovely lasagna dinner and it was so nice sitting on their deck. It was hard to leave but the boys were fading fast. Big exciting day. Jia didn't want to leave May and she thought she was ready for a sleepover. So we packed her stuff and left her for the night. I really thought this was going to be the time she did it but Charles had to bring her to us late last night. Maybe next time.
We made it to Cathryn and Marty's place and settled the boys into bed right away. They crashed. We had air conditioning so Lian, Lili and Fei hung out in here. When it cooled down they had a sleepover in their trailer.
