It doesn't look like much but this is super, over the top exciting!
I've had Onyx a year. For a year I've coveted Oscar's soft top. For a year I've waited and searched often for a used one. They're pricey. I found this one and suggested to Eric that even though it wasn't the slant back we should maybe consider it just to get the flip back front.
Today I looked up the part code and it was for the slant back. The seller wasn't sure, he never used it. I couldn't wait for Eric to get home. We whipped to Langford tonight and it looked good. Eric paid the man, we talked Jeeps for a while and drove home in disbelief.
Onyx has a slant back soft top!!!!
We only paid $350.
We do not have time for another project this week. Haha.
Eric said "I suppose I'm putting it on tomorrow?" I said "I would never ask you to do it before we leave".
Ya'll KNOW he'll find time.
Fingers crossed the parts are all there.
