Another fabulously easy travel day.
The dreamed of picture of the matching luggage. Haha. So glad it turned out.
The port was a bit more confusing than the last two cruises. Four ships loading today. Three of our seven were flagged to have an extra passport check. Even still...we were on board in time for lunch.
Royal made us do muster stations first. Dragging luggage on carpet. Sigh. That was not cool. Not the ideal way to explore a new ship.
Lunch was good.
Finding our rooms was fun.
Figuring out internet just frustrating.
Figuring out how to connect the group was half successful ;)
Luk and I figured out quickly that sharing was tricky so we upgraded him.
The ship is 23 years old.
Parts of it are pretty, lots of cool things to look at. It's definitely not a favorite but it has some appeal for sure.
The balcony is nice.
The solarium.
Finding a comfy quiet spot to watch Vancouver dissappear was pretty awesome.
Luk sent me a hillarious Dagen picture.
Giovannis Italian restaurant was super quiet tonight so they were offering a 2 for one deal. We just watched Nonnas on Netflix last night so the menu spoke to me ;)
The service was outstanding, the food was fabulous. It was fun watching the kids all try new things. It was funny watching the staff figure out Kai. By the end they were helping with him and using his name.
It was a pretty great Mothers Day.
Kai and I called it first.
I was laying in bed watching out the window.
Pretty cool.
