Shackles

We bought mini bananas, just to see this smile :)

Funny story, when we left for four days there were lots of bananas.  When we came home I said 'hi' to Kai and he responded with "I didn't get a banana today".  They were all gone.  Luk swears he gave him one each day.  I think we can safely say they are Kai's current favorite food.

Name designed and ordered.  Spit and polish Tuesday and name install on Wednesday.  If ordered parts make it before Thursday then Squirrel might get to make her debut at Jeepapaloosa. The name lettering is going to be white pearl.

The puppies watching Oliver saunter around in the sun.

Squirrel was used as a holiday toy, towed behind a moho.  Eric removed the weird hardware on the bumper and installed proper mounts for proper shackles.  So she can be recovered safely on the trails.

The odds of me needing this is soooo low.  I have no intention of trying the crazy stuff the others are doing.  I want forest, mountains, lakes and rivers.  No rock crawling.

This project took the better part of the day.  He's having fun. We could have changed out the bumper and made this simpler but I like the big bench built in.

The old original thingy, we were unsure of it's purpose.

Lili got an inflatable paddle board.  Eric helped her try it out.

In Fei news she just got an email letting her know she made the Dean's honor roll.  Way to go Fei!!

Eric and I met at Superstore to get camping groceries.  I had made a meal plan and shopping list.  However, Luk came home early from school.  He's sick.  I shouldn't be in a small space with him.  So, Kai and I are camping and Gramma will join us.  Eric is going to set us up and come home to be with Luk.

Jia works Saturday and is spending Sunday with Robert and his Mom.  I don't know how I feel about that.  I mean, shouldn't the day at least be split?

The weekend definitely isn't panning out as planned.

We have to come home early because I have an appointment with the sugeon early Monday morning in Victoria.

I did get an appointment for the next cervical biopsy.  Jun 3.

Luk got a surgery date for his chait tube change.  May 27.  I can't with full certainty say I'll be good to be on my own and Eric can't handle the medical part so it would appear we'll both have to go and drag Kai along again.
