My Birthday.

We're in Olympia.  About 3 hours away from the ferry.  We drove through about 40 signs alerting us to a severe weather pattern today.  Google wanted us to stay inside.  We stayed the course and it was a minor skiff of snow.  Phew.

We had brunch in a Black Bear Diner.  So fun. Dinner was Taco Bell then we played in a Dollartree and picked out snacks for our last hotel night.  We hot wired a Red Lion for $58 a night for each room.  Breakfast included.  We're overlooking a lake.  The room is great.  Very comfy.  I just booked a ferry for tomorrow.  It should be a relaxed travel day that includes some time at Tswassen Mills.

The girls surprised me with a Chihuahua pendant.

It's always sad for holidays to end AND I can't wait to see the fur babies.
