The kids were VERY patient this morning waiting for the three teenagers to get up. We had a late breakfast together. Mom and Dad came over and then they finally got into their baskets and did their egg hunt. Only one egg missing compliments of Esmei. The big kids were good sports about wearing ears and hunting together. We had a big lunch and then most of us went to the Forest Museum to ride the Green Hornet. Lili and Fei chose to stay home and do chores. Which was helpfull but still a bit bittersweet as they outgrow the traditions. When we got home Lili asked for a ride in the convertible. It was sunny so I took the teens for the first top down cruise of the summer. Love. It was a nice, peaceful day. Well....as peaceful as we can manage.
