Getting ready for Easter in a campsite.
Finally trying out napping in Onyx with the seats down. I'm hot, uncomfortable and definitely not going to last long here. When dreams die.
Onto different ideas.
There was no napping today.
I was there and ready. Turns out it's not dissolvable stitches and the clinic is closed Monday and we are on a cruise Tuesday. So we had to reschedule. Too much risk of infection because of the position of the mass that can't be bandaged and will have to heal with open air. So I scheduled it for after Alaska. The dr did say today it most certainly looks like skin cancer.
We raced home to get Jia to school. Jia refused to go. So a waste of a day and didn't even get a good lunch out. I did eat a big portion of watermelon last night and it's just too much fiber for the colectomy so I'm suffering today in general.
Shannon and Ken had to say goodbye to Chico today and it's just so sad losing pack members.
I'm teary and sad today in general and desperately ready for a nap.
When we picked up Kai today we were handed an iep report card. Kai asked what it was. The teacher said just papers telling his parents how great Kai is. He said "they already know".
