Eric is sooo talented. The toilet in the moho was broken. So Mr decided to replace it. Then discovered broken tiles. So decided to take out the tile and replace with lino. Took tile out and discovered rotten floor. So he rebuilt the floor, replumbed, put in new toilet and put in new moldings. Old carpet around the shower is gone too. It looks so great!
