Riverbend

Firewood lego.
We woke up to this tree fallen over. Yikes. The site beside us was packing up. The tree guys were there and needed them and us moved out.  So we hurried our exit and moved onto the Riverbend. Where we were planning to enjoy full power and water.  The resort screwed up. Put us in a tent site with no power/water/sewer where we wouldn't fit. The park is full so we're dry camping in a grassy area. No fire, no table.  Which we don't need but still.  Were it sunny we might be happy with our large grassy yard.
We escaped the rain with a trip to Nanaimo to see a movie. In the days of a pandemic it was hard to get enough seats in the theater.  We ended up dividing. I took the boys to see My Spy which Luk thoroughly enjoyed. Totally his sense of humor, he laughed throughout and I laughed half for the movie, half to hear him belly laughing. Mary took the girls to see Jumanji. Girls all loved it. Then I drove the boys back to Eric before going back to join Mary and girls for some mall shopping. Jia and May managed to score some sale items at Claire's. 6 for $6. So that was fun. Plus some new Vans and a new Wings of Fire book and I had one pretty happy girl  :)  Fake hair, jewelry and hair scrunchies...who is this girl? Haha.
