Boy's Kindergarten Interview

The boys both did great.  They were adorable with their little back packs.  They found their hooks and their teacher went through a list of questions that they both answered including how to spell their names out loud.  I knew Luk could but we were surprised to hear Kai spell his name. Oh, and when they're 8 and they get to have their own pet, Luk is having a zebra and Kai wants a fish.

They start for a couple hours on Monday.  Will be a big day for Kai, he's having a renal ultra sound in the morning before school.

They were shown where to line up, that they would sing a song and wave good bye to Mom and Dad.  Fingers crossed for a smooth transition for them!

It's taken three years but Luk finally got an appointment at Children's for a full MRI.  It's in mid November. He'll be sedated.  Always scary.  I think we'd both like to be there but it is certainly easier on us if Eric takes him over.  Appointment is early morning so as usual it requires another overnight stay.

So, crappy picture.  Luk's been trying to look pretty for pictures which involves eye fluttering. Kai took his glasses off to change his shirt.  I think he looks just wrong without them now. I only took the three.
