Kids Club

It has flaws but they love it.  They say they will change Luk but they don't. So we need to limit his time there.  They also won't push his wheelchair. No real idea why.  They can't separate from the group to look for ramps. So I gave up and said they could just eat with us.  Eric knows it's a major treat for me to NOT eat with the boys so he went and met with the cruise director who made arrangements for housekeeping staff to move him. We put Kai in the club without listing his needs. There is nothing medically they can do for him, they're used to wild behaviors and kids without English.  So we just hoped for the best.  We ended up getting called for Kai on our special needs Luk ship phone. He rubs his nose until it bleeds and then has no clue. Not sure if he can't see the blood or what, but he ends up smearing it EVERYWHERE.  When we got there he was excited to see us. Clueless that anything was amiss. Luk and Jia reported tons of issues. Fun stuff like he wouldn't listen, was opening cupboards and trying to break them. Climbing everything. He hoarded toys, tried to break what ever he wasn't supposed to have. Wouldn't join in the games. Phew.  All stuff we know he does. When asked if he was misbehaving he happily says he was.  So after lots of reminders we let them go back for dinner.  Jia wasn't feeling great so she stayed in the room.  I went to dinner with Lili and Fei who then stayed at the table and ate dessert while Eric had his dinner.  Now all three of them are asking for dinner with kids club again.  Sigh. Almost more work than it's worth. Also it's forever away from our room!

Lili and Fei don't care for the leader of their group. So they aren't keen to spend a lot of time near him.
