Bye Bye Alaska Cruise

So much planning.  Officially not happening.  It's nice to stop wondering.  We're all a tad sad to be missing our adventure.  We were traveling with friends. Kids were all looking forward to a holiday with friends along. In the scheme of things it's not a big deal.  Carnival has been great.  They offered a full future cruise credit, all of our extras paid back and $600 per cabin on board credit for our next cruise.  We don't have to book until Dec.  So lots of time to plan a new adventure.
Outside after work doing my driveway laps and Kai was running loops on the grass.  He doesn't normally like running so that's fairly new.  Plus he likes lapping me.  Haha.
Lewis has been in early lately.  We finally figured it out last night that he's scared of the pots banging at 7.  Fei, in her glory, training them all.  She has cats sitting and shaking paws.  Except Esmei, who requires you to put the treat in her mouth because she can't find it on the floor.  I just keep telling Esmei it's ok, she's fluffy and pretty and that's enough.  Might be losing our minds here a little bit.
Every day there are more changes.  Drywall, shelf put in, windows and door masked.
He's ready for mouldings.  So exciting.

The little are just at the beginning of online school.  Jia's teacher is using Fresh Grade.  First assignment came in today.  Selfie with a book.  2 minute video of reading.  Uploaded.  I saw the email.  Texted Jia.  She did it on her own. This could work for Jia.  Of our entire house she choose to sit in front of the purple fleece blanket hung up over the livingroom windows to do her video.  Sigh.  Of course.

The boys teacher is just getting set up.  She also is using fresh grade, it's already set up but my boys don't know their user name or passwords.  I was able to comment in the parent portal that we need passwords.
