California Adventure Park

It was a Spider-Man kind of day!  There was some excitement. Eric didn't sing lullabies to the kids, he literally sang the Spider-Man theme song to them all.
The boys were ready to go! We were attempting to get Jia up ;)  Also I was on the phone with Lili and texting with Shannon and Mary.  Trying to deal with the new BC Camping system that opened at 7am. The wifi here is weak and data is worse.  I'm constantly blocked and starting over.  Dropping calls too.  So Lili agreed to book for us.  She scored two long weekends at the desired parks! Then she got Mary a site.  So three families booked for the Easter long weekend!  So fun.  I tried here, there were 24000 people in the queue before me. Gah.

We were about 40 minutes late for gate opening. First thing was attempting to upgrade Luk's ticket because he's older.  I bought his ticket pre covid. We got a bit of Disney magic.  The cast member we got didn't want to upcharge us and walked us to the gate and got us through :)
My Princess.
Micky!! With Toontown closed we weren't sure if we'd see him.
We figured out the DAS pass.  This is us lined up for Webslingers.  After an entire day I'll say they're finally starting to get it better with disabilities.  Still some flaws but definitely better. However, Luk CAN NOT figure out a virtual life up.  He was genuinely pissed every time we sat and waited.  Sigh.  If we wandered in the heat the boys would get frustrated and Kai didn't need extra walking. No shopping and you can only eat so much. Basically the time filler things weren't interesting to Luk.  He just wanted rides and sitting to him wasn't getting on rides.  What he needs tomorrow is to get out of his chair and get in a damn line so he can appreciate the sitting parts.
Haha.
Haha.
Cruz Remiraz.  We found her!  Kai was thrilled.
Pic for Lili, finally a Jack Jack Num Num. It didn't disappoint.
Waiting to meet Raya. Jia loves her.
She wanted to know how long it took to get here from our world by dragon :)  We told her we didn't have a dragon just Chihuahuas and she laughed and said "oh that would take a long time".
The dragon gemstone sign.
Kai wasn't interested in Raya so he played.
Her favorite still.
Making plans to ride without parents. Jia and Luk are bonding and having lots of fun together. Kai is happy to have more one on one with Eric.
We did Guardians of the Galaxy.  Kai screamed "WHY?? OHHH WHY?! WHYYYY!? OH WHY?"  Through the whole thing. He was definitely traumatized.  The carousel was more his speed.  I told him he got bragging rights for doing the ride.  That and a few hugs helped. It was comical and we were definitely trying not to laugh.

We ended our day with macaroni cones for Luk and I. Ice cream for Kai and a churro for Jia. We walked back to our room by 6.  I layed down with an alarm set for Luk's flush.  The boys had Netflix on their screens.  Eric and Jia headed out to Walmart. I napped hard for two hours.  The family was all asleep by 9. Wild. I'm finishing up with this and joining  them in snoreland.

Disneyland tomorrow.
