Strollers

Three hour nap for Luk, Eric and I, four hour nap for Jia.  Then we packed up and headed for dinner at Papa Johns and strollers at Walmart.   Jia was in the hip hammock and Eric carried Luk.  Diaper bag and an empty backpack for water.  It's been a long time since our hands have been that full.  As expected Jia is reverting big time.  Wanting everything the same as Luk, until it suits her to be the big sister.  We bought some cars and trucks and the two of them are having a grand time playing with them.  She natters at him non stop.

Last night he called out Mama in his sleep.  Tonight in Walmart I picked up a teletubby toy and he screamed "NO" at me.  I was so surprised ;)  Quickly put the toy down and raced over to Jia and Eric to tell them.  He isn't babbling at all.  Jia talks enough for four or five kids.

She just noticed tonight that there is Chinese writing everywhere.   She likes China and is talking about her story.

Luk wasn't sure about the strollers.  Matching ones that we can both walk behind with handles that are high enough for Eric.  $34 each.  When we got back to the hotel we put them back in the strollers to go upstairs and when I moved to get behind the stroller Luk panicked and called out "Mama".  My sweet boy gets it already.

Snacks,  bottle and a good long play with Jia.  Tons of smiles and laughing.   He wasn't thrilled about going to bed but after crying for a couple mins he's settled down and is laying quietly playing with a couple toys.   He almost always has somethimg clutched in both hands.  Hopefully all goes as well as last night and he sleeps through the night.

Free day tomorrow.
