Ferry with the he/hims.

Eric and his 3 sons.

We're off to Children's.  Luk is finally into the cathing clinic today.  Big steps and changes for him.  We're all cautiously excited.  Tomorrow is his spinal cord injury clinic.  Always a very long few hours of over whelming appointments one after another.  I really, really, really appreciate getting it all done in one day versus single appointments but it is exhausting.  We'll see his orthopedic surgeon but nothing was booked regarding his afo's that have seen better days so I'm pretty sure we'll be booked to be back soon.

Tonight the Variety Club has us booked at a hotel that has Fogs and Suds connected so dinner is figured out and tomorrow we'll head to Tswassen Mills for lunch and a bit of shopping time before our ferry home. So there is some fun padded into our quick trip.

In other news, Jia has decided to more formally change his pronouns to he/him.  I know this isn't surprising to anyone but we're all new to full on using the preferred vernacular in all areas of life.  At this point his name will remain Jia, luckily it is a common boys name in China.  Eric and I aren't allowing anything medical that is permanent until it's his adult choice.  He has our full support and love.
