Galavanting with the boys.

The boys both love the convertible so any destination was fine with them. We started at Sue's to meet her baby ducks Soy, Ginger and Wasabi. They're getting their big duck feathers in and were happy to run around with us and show off in their pool.
Garden tour.
Trying fresh figs. Kai loved, Luk and I not so much.
We were headed to Kin Beach for our picnic but there was no parking so we did Waterwheel park and enjoyed the shade. Stupidly ate nectarines with Kai with no napkins, kleenex or wipes! Yikes. The new car isn't equipped. Luk is really starting to step up and help with Kai. We got him up and dripping on the dirt and holding his hands out to drip dry. Sticky but he was able to continue eating. Sad and hillarious all at once. The washrooms were open so he got cleaned up after lunch. Phew.
Luk actually enjoyed the nectarine. He doesn't usually like fruit.
I've been wanting to go in the new market. It's really great. Hopefully it's successful. It has great potential and is worth a little peruse.
Life goals.
Jia slept at Ava's. Her Mom sent me this picture at noon.  This is how they found her. Jia has had a major growth spurt. She is sleeping a lot. I had no idea kids could grow this much, so fast. Never seen anything like it.
The fence is moved! Eric had a post to remove and it wasn't coming out easily. He turned the moho around and pulled it out with the moho!!  Only Eric. It broke off no problem. The other project is a deck and wall for a shed he's prefabricating for his friend.
Seems weird in the top area but you can't see it from the house so not much will change for any of us. Just Isabel who can't run as big a loop now.

Eric went to the mainland to see a friend today. He's hot and anxious for a shower. He'll be home in an hour.
